Whether you're assembling a team for corporate team-building, celebrating a birthday, or hosting a sci-fi fan event, we offer both Half-Day and Full-Day immersive operations that bring your crew together on the bridge of a starship. Each package includes a series of fully guided missions, customized crew roles, onboarding briefings, and all necessary gear. From strategic combat simulations to high-stakes diplomatic encounters, every scenario is crafted to challenge communication, critical thinking, and teamwork — all while transporting your team into the heart of the galaxy.

HALF-DAY MISSION

Perfect for mid-sized teams, conference breakouts, or afternoon sessions.

Includes:

Mobile bridge setup at your location
60–90 min missions for 3 teams
Briefing, training, and live debriefs
Cinematic lighting, sound, and visual effects

FULL-DAY OPERATION

Multi-Bridge Setup – Starting at $4,000

Run missions in parallel with up to 4 bridges simultaneously for 60+ participants.

Convention Activation / Expo Experience – Starting at $2,000 per day

Engage attendees with a high-traffic interactive booth or breakout session.

Travel & Setup Notes

Travel Radius: Pricing includes travel within one hour of Gainesville, FL . Additional travel is billed at standard mileage or flight/lodging if applicable.

Setup Requirements: Indoor space of 20x40 ft (minimum) or 2 rooms of 20x20ft (one for the bridge and one for tech and ops), access to power outlets, and 2 hours of pre-event setup.

Deposit: 50% deposit required to secure booking. Remainder due 7 days before event.
